The bottle is quick to fill : unscrew , add water and close .
When drinking, simply fold over the rubber flap/lid and turn the knob to the left. Squeeze the bottle and the water will rise to the top. After drinking, release the pressure and the water will flow back . Turn the knob to the right to close and fold the lid back over. The water-repellent silicone means you can put the bottle straight back in your bag or simply attach the flap to your belt or leash using the snap fastener .
